Drixilian Hierophant - Concept 1

This is a concept for one of the Drixilian hierophants in my RAVAGE AND REQUIEM series. Although they are not mentioned in the novels, they are, however, present in my completed screenplay, which I hope to pitch to some producers for film adaptations in the future.

The hierophants of the Penterium can vary in appearance, depending on the region and their corresponding imperial jurisdiction. While initially serving as zealous cult leaders, envoys, and "mystics" for the human Drixilacs who worship their infernal rulers like gods and goddesses, they are little more than puppets that are, at times, manipulated via possession by the tetrarchs in the provinces that they reside in, a twisted parody of the clergy in charge of holy Unzelite temples. Some hierophants are mortal, while others are demonic, generally deprived of physical sight yet gifted with limited "clairvoyance" that, a lot of times, offers very little advantage for the scheming tetrarchs. In truth, such so-called premonitions wrought by hierophants are secretly the influence of the Uxuclique, an order of five super Udenthen, pulling strings for treacherous machinations of their own.
